These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of EasyGains (the "App"), a voice-first nutrition and fitness tracking application operated by XtraMedium ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
EasyGains lets you log meals and workouts by voice or text, estimates the nutritional content of what you log, and shows you your intake and activity over time. Protein is the App's primary tracked metric.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also suspend or discontinue the App entirely, though we will make a reasonable effort to give notice before doing so.
You must be at least 13 years old to use EasyGains. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at the email below if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
You may delete your account at any time from within the App, or by contacting us. Deletion removes your logged data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The nutritional values EasyGains shows you are approximations, not measurements. When you log food, your description is interpreted by an automated AI service and matched against general nutritional data. Portion sizes, preparation methods, brands, and ingredients all vary, and the App cannot see what you actually ate.
Calorie, protein, carbohydrate, and fat figures should be treated as rough guidance for spotting trends over time — not as accurate accounting of any single meal. Do not rely on them where precision matters.
EasyGains is a tracking tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the App — including targets, summaries, or messages from Coach AL — is medical advice, nutritional advice, or a treatment plan.
Targets such as protein goals are generated from simple formulas applied to numbers you enter yourself. They are not tailored to your health, medications, allergies, or conditions.
Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing a diet or exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, have a history of disordered eating, or take medication affecting appetite or metabolism. Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you read in the App.
EasyGains offers a free tier with limited daily voice logs, and a paid subscription ("Pro") at $6.99 per month that unlocks unlimited voice logging, Coach AL reactions, weekly analytics, and notifications.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your logs are yours. You keep ownership of the food entries, workout entries, transcripts, and profile data you put into EasyGains.
You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the App for you — for example, sending a transcript to our AI provider so it can be parsed, or aggregating your entries into a weekly view. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your logs to advertise to you.
The App itself — its software, design, branding, name, logo, and written content including Coach AL's messages — belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of it to you. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App.
EasyGains depends on services we do not control, including Supabase (hosting and database), Anthropic (AI parsing of your logs), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Apple and Google (distribution and billing). Your use of the App is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures originating with those providers. You may stop using EasyGains and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or if we discontinue the App. On termination, your licence to use the App ends; the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and content ownership — will survive.
EasyGains is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its nutritional estimates will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) twenty-five US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will provide notice in the App or by email. Continuing to use EasyGains after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which XtraMedium is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. You and we agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the email below before pursuing formal action.
